Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role involves engaging with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts while ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers via telephone and approved written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts
• Provide accurate, efficient, and thorough updates on account files for each call made or received
• Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations governing the collections industry
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills in all interactions
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Perform additional duties and tasks assigned by management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to type and speak simultaneously
• Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and workload demands
